The Honorable Paris Dennard is a seasoned strategic communications and PR, expert, protocol and events professional, commentator, writer, consultant, and strategist with over a decade of private and public sector experience on all levels of politics and public relations.  Whether working with local municipalities, the highest levels of government, celebrities, or private individuals, Paris has been at the intersection of politics, business, and pop culture for decades. He has successfully parlayed his unique professional experiences and talents to also include brand, image, and style consulting. In 2012, Paris became the Founding Principal of The PD Consulting Group, LLC. providing political, strategic and crisis communication, branding, and public relations consultation to political, non-profit, and small business clients nationwide.

Paris has offered his unique perspective on networks such as FOX Business, Newsmax, OAN, FOX News, MSNBC, BET, BBC, BNC, CBN, C-SPAN, and a host of other local, national and international TV, radio, and online programs. From 2016 to 2018 he made hundreds of exclusive appearances on CNN as a paid political commentator with the network. In addition to having his op-eds published in local and national news publications such as USA Today, The Daily Caller, The Washington Times, Real Clear Politics, The Hill, and The Washington Examiner, and The Carolinian.

Paris worked in The White House at the pleasure of President George W. Bush from 2005-2009.  Paris served in the offices of Political Affairs, Legislative Affairs, and Public Liaison most notably serving as The White House Director of Black Outreach where he was the liaison to the Black American community at large.  He also coordinated and managed White House events, meetings, and travel for President Bush, the First Lady, and Members of the United States House of Representatives including advancing The President’s visit to Chigi Palace in Rome, Italy.   Paris was also asked to be the primary point of contact to the families of the former Presidents and Vice Presidents for the State Funeral of President Gerald R. Ford.   Paris has previously served as National Spokesperson and Director of Black Media Affairs and as an Associate Director in the Coalitions Department at the National GOP Committee. 

The breadth of his professional expertise extends well beyond politics. Paris has years of experience in the private sector working in senior leadership positions in public affairs for a boutique law firm, strategic communications and event management at an international think tank as well as government relations and strategic communications for a national HBCU association where he also helped facilitate over $10 million in revenue and led the strategic communications roll-out for major international corporate partners for over four years.  

Paris got his start in politics in high school quickly rising to the national stage. He has worked on municipal, state, and national political campaigns served in leadership roles for several councils and commissions and has received a host of honors, awards, and recognitions. In 2021 he was selected by the American Swiss Foundation to attend the Young Leaders Conference in Buonas, Switzerland. Paris has attended every Republican National Convention since 2000 in different capacities ranging from Page, Delegate at Large to Staff. At his first GOP Convention, he was offered a major speaking role on behalf of the National TARS organization. During the 2016 election, he was an official media surrogate for the Donald J. Trump for President Campaign, provided strategic consultation as a member of the Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. Advisory Boards in 2016 and 2020. He was appointed by President Trump to serve as a Commissioner for the prestigious President's Commission on White House Fellowships in 2018.

Raised in Phoenix, AZ, he earned two degrees in Public Relations and Political Science from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.  Paris also spent a semester studying abroad in London (South Kensington), England traveling to eight different countries.
